Update an Order’s Items
Learn how to update an order by adding, editing or deleting its items. You can also change quantities and shipping info.
Introduction
Making adjustments to the items within your orders is not only possible but also simple on ShipBots. Whether it's changing quantities or updating the item list, ShipBots offers the flexibility needed to manage your orders efficiently.
Access Orders Page and find the Order
To begin, under the Orders tab, click on Orders from the menu to access your Orders Listing page.
Search for the Order and click the #OrderNo link to go to Order Details page.
Making Changes to Order Quantities or Removing Items
As shown in the image above, to change quantities to ship, go to the column Quantity to Ship. Edit the quantity, and then click away from the box to save your changes. If you wish to completely delete the item from shipping, change the quantity to zero.
Adding Items
Adding items is fairly simple. Simply click the Add items button in the order page. You may search items by product name, SKU number, or barcode. Once the item shows up, check mark the item and confirm the quantity.
