Create User & Assign Role with Permissions to access Your ShipBots Account
Learn how to Add staff members or partners with appropriate Roles with Permissions
Introduction
You can & should add staff members or partners with appropriate Roles with Permissions as Users and assign them Roles which allows them to do certain operations within shipBots system.
Accessing Users
Under the 'Settings' section, click on 'Users' tab.

From here, you will be able to add as many users as youβd like:
Note: Only the main account holder will be able to add new users. Sub-users will not be able to add additional users. Plese email us at support@shipbots.com if you need further assistance.Step 2: Logging into shipping site

When adding new users, at this stage, you will need to select whether the user will have a Standard role (view only) or Admin Role (Full Access). Click Save to finish.
