Reshipping an Order
Learn how to reship an order due to a return, a delivery issue, or another reason.
Introduction
Sometimes, an order needs to be sent out again, whether due to a return, a delivery issue, or another reason. ShipBots provides a simple way to handle such situations through the reship feature. Here's how you can reship an order:
Access Orders Page and Find the Specific Order
To begin, under the Orders tab, click on Orders from the menu to access your Orders Listing page

Select the Order to Re-Ship
You may find the order by clicking the "Shipped" tab or by simply searching the order number.
Note: If you cannot find the order number, please remember that the default filter is to view orders created within the last week. Click the "Filters" option to change this filter.
Accessing Order Actions
Once you have found the order to reship, click on the order number and access the order actions. Click on the button "More Actions" in the top right corner of your screen, and then select "Re-Ship Items".

On the next screen, confirm the items to re-ship and their quantities. When you're ready, click the "Re-ship" button to process your order. Check the note at the top of the order: it will indicate whether the order is ready to ship, which depends on having enough inventory to fulfill it.
