Understanding Orders List Page
Learn more about the Orders Listing page where you can search, filter for Orders, and update details
Introduction
The Order Listing page on Shipbots is a comprehensive interface for viewing all your Orders along with their fulfillment status. You can search, filter for Orders and update details. This guide will walk you through each feature of the Oder Listing Page to manage your Orders efficiently.
Accessing Orders
To begin, under the Orders tab, click on Orders from the menu to access your Orders Listing page

Viewing and Filtering Your Orders
When you open the Orders section, the system automatically applies a filter that shows only orders created in the last week. To view older orders, adjust the filter next to the search bar.

In the top area, you will find different sections that will filter the orders according to their status. You may find orders on hold, ready to ship, not ready to ship, backordered, or shipped.
Any applied filters will appear under the search bar.

Search Orders by Item
You can find all orders associated with a specific item. In the search bar, change the dropdown from "Orders" to "Item", enter the item you're looking for, and press Enter. All orders containing that item within your current filter parameters will appear.

Pick Data to be shown in Table columns
You can change which data is visible in table. Click the “settings” icon to manage that.

View Order data
Select the #OrderNo link to go to Order Details page

View and Update Order details as needed.

If previous shipments have been sent for this particular order, the packages, and tracking numbers will appear in the top section.

Orders Not Ready to Ship
Should there be a problem with an order, there will be indicators showing you exactly what is wrong.
An order could be not ready to ship for several reasons:
Holds
The order could have a hold due to potential fraud problems, address problems, or payment problems because our staff has put the order on hold or you, the client, have put the order on hold.

To remove holds, there are two ways to do this:
- If the hold is an address hold, then a shipping address verification box will appear where you get to choose whether to ignore the address error or to edit the shipping address.
- If a different type of hold appears, then a button will appear in the bottom right corner where you can release the hold.

Backorders
If the order has one or more items that we don't have in the warehouse, then the entire order will not be ready to ship and will not ship until the order is complete.

By default, orders won't ship until we have all the items in an order; however, you may choose to allow us to partial ship any order by enabling Allow Partial on an order per order basis.

We have the ability to enable the allow partial option for every incoming order. However, you have to opt in for this by emailing our support team.
